12 hour mark

So I decided to do the 24 hr corset training and damn you feel it working for sure! It's uncomfortable at first but it's worth it. I'm not going to lie though I made it to 13 hrs and decided to try and sleep in it today instead. Smh...can't wait to get to my 30 inch waist though!

clean face

ever since I've been eating healthier I have been getting more bumps on my face due to detoxing. I ordered this off amazon and used it.  three days later My face is already clearing up!! :)
