So I didn't come back when I said I was. So much have gone on including the breaking of my healthy eating and exercise (disregarding my routine 2 mile walk everyday that help maintained some sort of shape)
Now that I tried and failed miserably on my hcg diet I will be starting again and this time I'm prepared! :)

Btw I started following blogilates.com exercise calendar everyone should check it out. 10 minute workout videos that kicks your ass!! All for free. Either YouTube or her actual website and she has recipe tips as well! :)
