2nd time around will be better


As of today I weigh 198.2...yuck right. Well first I'm going to cleanse my system and get my body prepared for healthy eating by only drinking tea, water, pineapple juice and slim fast for a week along with my daily mild exercise. Two mile walk will suffice. In the process of moving so the transformation won't start until Monday and the following Monday after that you'll have an update.
