30 Day Squat Challenge

ok people. I started out with 20 squats a day and each day I will add 5 squats on.  I will have an update pic on day 15!!

Beef stuffed Tomato!! YUM!! 100g of ground beef seasoned with garlic and onion powder and one large tomato gutted. spinach toppings and Melba toast on the side. 


Orange chicken: Attempt. homemade broth brought to a boil and placed grilled chicken inside.  Orange Peels and the squeezed orange was placed inside for added flavor. Shredded lettuce plain for my vegetable.

I'm coming Hourglass

Post workout...40 minute cardio bringing me to a total of an hour and 5 minutes of workout today! Hourglass figure I'm coming for you. And when I catch you'll be my hostage forever!!

My first outting

Sooooo everyone I had my first day out with being on my diet.
It was TORTURE!!! first up the church wanted to go to Denny's for breakfast. I desperately wanted to order four pancakes with white chocolate chips and a cheese omelette with OJ on the side.  Instead I ordered eggwhite omelette cooked with no oil or butter accompanied with a side of broccoli.  it was delish but my taste buds were upset because I listened to my head instead of my stomach.  We proceeded to Islands of Adventures and walked for hours (good workout I might add) had a blast. Then it was lunch time.  I reluctantly took out my sad lunch that consisted of lettuce, cucumbers, 2 eggwhites hard boiled, baby tomatoes and grilled chicken no dressing and green tea to wash it down.  While I saw others downing fried chicken, cupcakes, rice and more.  My tongue wanted to jump out of my mouth and attack.  But I just pulled out an old pic and reminded myself why I was doing this!! I timed myself to eat my snacks and stuck with it! Very Proud!!

The Cravings

I see all these commercials on TV...I NEED carbs and sweets in my life...i'm dying slowly.
lol.  But then I look in the mirror and my old pics and see how far I've come and I tell temptation NO! *sighs* what I would do for a cupcake filled with icing!!

Dinner night

dinner was great!! Melba toast with 100g of skinless grilled chicken breast and sauteed spinach season with garlic and onion powder and green tea acai berry flavor to wash it down! :)

lazy....

so I didn't feel like exercising tonight...then I looked in the mirror and said "I've come to far to give up now" #gymnow

How it works

I weigh myself every morning before breakfast at 8:30  but I will post pics of one week progress and only post new pics of food if I eat something different.

Dinner

Dinner was delish!! My last fruit for the day and vegetable.  Consists of: a handful and a half of salad, 3 small tomatoes and 100 grams of cut up chicken breast sauteed w/o any oil or butter just it's natural juices till browned and seasoned with garlic powder.  Accompanied with a cup of tea and mangerine.

Snack

top pic is my snack at 11 am. consists of 8 strawberries, 3 cubes of ice and 3 packets of truvia...#delish 
the bottom pic is my snack at 3.  Consists of one piece of Melba toast (warmed) and a cup of green tea with acai berry flavor

Lunch Time

chili (handful of beef two spoons of beans) and seasoned with a pinch of garlic and onion powder with a side of spinach. (No oil or butter needed)

Breakfast

Breakfast: Green Tea with two truvia (sugar packets) and 3 strawberries! :)

The Beginning of my Journey

I've always had a pyschological problem with my weight even when I was 135 pounds I thought I was fat.  It soon finally became a reality 2 years ago I worked at Zaxby's (a fast food restaurant for those who don't know). i ate there twice a day (free food and it tastes good I couldn't help myself) That on top of not exercising was my downfall.  Since last year I went from a size 5-7 to a 15. from 150 pounds to 200. I was so depressed and devastated that I ate more.  I only wore sweats and baggy tees for a few months and then decided to get back in shape.  the first four months of that year I went from eating 3000 calories a day to only eating 1200 and exercising everyday for an hour and a half I went down from a 15 to a size 12. from 200 to 180.  I went to Miami for one weekend and it went all to hell. I gained 13 pounds totaling 193.  5 months later I found a company named Hourglassgang i've done research and stalked them for 3 months before purchasing.  I'm currently on the HCG diet (a natural hormone supplement that allows you to lose 1-2 pounds a day) and will soon be starting my corset training. With eating right and exercise I've lost weight.  I will be posting pics soon.  As of know I started my journey Thursday and already lost 7 pounds and counting!! The bang is real why weight?!
