30 Day Squat Challenge

ok people. I started out with 20 squats a day and each day I will add 5 squats on.  I will have an update pic on day 15!!

  1. Hi I just came across your blog researching corset training. Are you still doing it? I'm very interested in purchasing one but not sure where to buy it without spending an arm and a leg. I've experienced the same ups and downs with weight over the years but using Runtastic Squats (you should try it!) and MyFitnessPal helps tremendously. I'll follow you on Instagram too! Good luck on your fitness goals!

      and sorry for the late reply I had some computer issues.
      I paid $60 for mine at my local flea market in orlando but there's one on IG around the same price check out tinkascloset or perfectmysilhouette. I will definitely try those thanks!! and yes I know I have that app and it definitely helps!! Thanks! Good luck with yours too
